       Mengungkapkan makna  dalam teks tulis monolog yang berbentuk narrative, explanation dan discussion  secara akurat, lancar dan berterima dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari  .

       Mengungkapkan makna dan langkah retorika dalam teks monolog dengan menggunakan ragam bahasa tulis secara akurat, lancar dan berterima dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari dalam teks berbentuk: narrative,  explanation, dan discussion

C.   Indicators                  : 

  •          Writing the moral lesson of a fable.
  •          Summarizing fable.
  •          Writing fable using different wording.

D.   Allotted Time   : 4 x 45 minutes (2 meetings)

E.   Instructional Objectives

The students are expected to be able to:

  •          Find moral lesson of a fable.
  •          Find detailed information.
  •          Summarize a fable into a short paragraph.
  •          Write fable using their own words.

Meeting 1

  •          Pair work: writing moral lesson
  •          Pair work: summarizing a story.

 Closing Activities

  •          Learning reflection
  •          Home assignment: Find two simple stories.

Opening activity

  •          Brainstorming

  •          Finding two stories.
  •          Individual work: Rewrite the stories with different wordings.
